GHK-Cu (50mg) Dosage Protocol
GHK-Cu (Copper Peptide) is a naturally occurring tripeptide with copper-binding properties. Research indicates roles in wound healing, collagen synthesis, and anti-inflammatory processes.
Add 2.0 mL bacteriostatic water → 25 mg/mL
1-2mg daily, 5 days on / 2 days off
At 25 mg/mL: 4 units = 1mg, 8 units = 2mg
Lyophilized: -20°C; Reconstituted: 2-8°C for up to 3 weeks
| Week | Daily Dose | Units (per injection) |
|---|---|---|
| Weeks 1-4 | 1.0mg daily | 4 units (0.04 mL) |
| Weeks 5-8 | 1.5mg daily | 6 units (0.06 mL) |
| Weeks 9-12 | 2.0mg daily | 8 units (0.08 mL) |
- 1Draw 2.0 mL bacteriostatic water with a sterile syringe
- 2Inject slowly down the vial wall to prevent foaming
- 3Gently swirl until dissolved - solution may have slight blue tint
- 4Label with date and concentration, refrigerate immediately
GHK-Cu is a copper-binding tripeptide (glycyl-l-histidyl-l-lysine) that modulates gene expression affecting over 4,000 genes. Research shows it stimulates collagen synthesis, promotes wound healing, and demonstrates anti-inflammatory properties. Studies indicate pain reduction at 0.5 mg/kg doses.
- Stimulates collagen and elastin synthesis
- Promotes wound healing and tissue repair
- Demonstrates anti-inflammatory properties
- Supports skin health and anti-aging processes
