CJC-1295 DAC (2mg) Dosage Protocol

CJC-1295 with DAC (Drug Affinity Complex) is a synthetic GHRH analog with extended half-life (~6 days). The DAC modification allows for once or twice weekly dosing.

Quickstart Highlights
Reconstitute

Add 2.0 mL bacteriostatic water → 1 mg/mL (1000 mcg/mL)

Daily Range

600mcg-2mg once or twice weekly

Easy Measuring

At 1 mg/mL: 60 units = 600 mcg, 100 units = 1mg

Storage

Lyophilized: -20°C; Reconstituted: 2-8°C for up to 4 weeks

WeekDaily DoseUnits (per injection)
Weeks 1-4600 mcg twice weekly60 units per dose
Weeks 5-81mg twice weekly100 units per dose
Weeks 9-121-2mg once weekly100-200 units weekly
Reconstitution Steps
  1. 1Draw 2.0 mL bacteriostatic water with a sterile syringe
  2. 2Inject slowly down the vial wall to prevent foaming
  3. 3Gently swirl until fully dissolved - do not shake
  4. 4Label with date and concentration, refrigerate immediately
How This Works

CJC-1295 DAC is a modified GHRH (1-29) analog with a Drug Affinity Complex that extends half-life to approximately 6 days. Clinical studies showed prolonged stimulation of GH and IGF-1 levels. The DAC binds to albumin, preventing rapid degradation.

Potential Benefits & Effects
Observations from preclinical and clinical literature
  • Extended half-life allows less frequent dosing
  • Stimulates natural growth hormone release
  • May increase IGF-1 levels
  • Supports recovery and body composition
