BPC-157 (5mg) Dosage Protocol
Body Protection Compound-157 is a pentadecapeptide derived from human gastric juice. Research indicates potential applications in tissue repair, wound healing, and gastrointestinal protection.
Add 2.0 mL bacteriostatic water → 2.5 mg/mL (2500 mcg/mL)
200-500 mcg daily, split into 1-2 doses
At 2.5 mg/mL: 8 units = 200 mcg, 20 units = 500 mcg
Lyophilized: -20°C; Reconstituted: 2-8°C for up to 4 weeks
| Week | Daily Dose | Units (per injection) |
|---|---|---|
| Weeks 1-2 | 200 mcg | 8 units (0.08 mL) |
| Weeks 3-4 | 300 mcg | 12 units (0.12 mL) |
| Weeks 5-8 | 400-500 mcg | 16-20 units (0.16-0.2 mL) |
- 1Draw 2.0 mL bacteriostatic water with a sterile syringe
- 2Inject slowly down the vial wall to prevent foaming
- 3Gently swirl until fully dissolved - do not shake vigorously
- 4Label with date and concentration, refrigerate immediately
BPC-157 is a stable gastric pentadecapeptide that demonstrates cytoprotective and healing properties. Research suggests it modulates nitric oxide pathways, promotes angiogenesis, and supports growth factor expression. Studies indicate a proposed clinical dose of 200 µg/person/day based on pharmacokinetic research.
- Supports tissue repair and wound healing
- Demonstrates gastrointestinal protective properties
- Shows anti-inflammatory effects in research models
- Promotes tendon and ligament healing in studies
